Each of Guppy Plastic’s plants are specially set up to specialize in the production of specific products for specific industries. This allows us to practice economies-of-scale and to remain completely customer-focused.

The Guppy Selangor plant focuses on producing consumer products (Guppy own brand and OEM) as made-to-order or high mix-low volume. This plant offers a range of products in the following commercial plastics including: ABS, AS, PS (general, medium and high impact), PE and PP.

The Guppy Penang plant leverages on its proximity to major EMSs, CMs and MNCs and primarily caters for the automotive, electrical and electronic, office equipment, medical and telecommunications sectors. We offer a wide range of value-added services to enhance our customer’s products. Our plant’s facilities support engineering plastic, poly alloy plastic, composite plastic and commercial plastic.

The Guppy Melaka (SIC) functions as a production for manufacturing high precision plastic injection molding parts – module (sub) assembly with the building concept following Cluster and Smart Industries and Green Building Index

The Guppy China plant was developed to meet the demands of the international fast-food market for high-quality, disposable plastic wares.

We began manufacturing small plastic gardening products and expanded mass-produce large-size gardening products.

Today, our agricultural products are divided into farming products and nursery / gardening products specially designed to offer greater convenience and cost effectiveness. Guppy Plastic was the first manufacturer to introduce hydroponic trays to the Malaysian market.

The boom in the Malaysian automotive industry paved the way forward for Guppy Plastic’s involvement in this demanding industry. Our product capabilities include cluster meters, fuel related parts, cosmetic parts and functional parts.

One of Guppy’s major markets in the competitive office equipment industry, especially the production of plastic components for photostat, print and image machine or multi-function printers (MFP).

We also offer extensive value-added services including printing, spray painting, welding, insertion and sub-assembly.

From our early days producing basic yet durable household furniture we’ve moved into the design and manufacture of high-end office furniture components. We believe that furniture shouldn’t just be functional, it should also affordable and stylish.

We’ve identified the global medical industry as an important sector to penetrate due to the growing demand for high quality, resilient plastic casing and parts. We currently operate along FDA Class I and II ranges of medical products, which includes monitoring systems and laboratory diagnostic devices.

No one knows pet products like Guppy, after all we began our operations as a manufacturer of quality aquarium equipment! We produce a wide variety of products for fish, birds, dogs and cats.

We offer this range of pet products in different styles, sizes, colors and plastics as we understand that all pets are different and have different requirement.

We work closely with major electronic and semi-conductor manufacturers as an ODM to devise and design custom made semiconductor plastic packaging solutions. Our primary focus is on the production of IC pins, Reel and JEDEC Trays for WQFP and LQFP devices.

Our expertise lies in handling ESD for impregnated material and dipping processes. Our ESD products range from conductive to antistatic.
